​This policy governs the terms of refunds for our digital memberships and returns for physical and digital goods purchased through the Azanian Rebel website.​
1. Membership Refunds & Cancellations​Cancellation: Cancellation requests take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to membership benefits until that date and will not be charged again.​Refunds: We generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days of the charge at info@azanianrebel.com.​
Azanian Architect Tier: This tier involves a monthly recurring charge of R180. Refunds are only considered if the request is made within 7 days of the original purchase and premium digital content (E-books/expert forums) has not been accessed or downloaded.​
2. Returns for Physical Products (Print on Demand)​Because our merchandise is “Made-to-Order” (Print on Demand), we do not hold physical stock. Therefore:​Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or has a printing error, we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund. You must contact us at [info@azanianrebel.com] within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
​Incorrect Sizing/Change of Mind: As each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.
​3. Digital Products (E-books & Resources)​Final Sale: All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable due to the nature of digital content.​Technical Defects: If a file is corrupted or cannot be accessed, contact us within 7 days. We will provide an alternative link or file. A refund will only be issued if the technical defect cannot be resolved within 5 business days.
