Recurring Billing: By subscribing to the Azanian Architect tier, you authorize Azanian Rebel to charge your provided payment method a recurring fee of R180 per month.
​Automatic Renewal: Your membership will automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.​Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your “My Account” dashboard. Access to premium benefits will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle.​
No Refunds: As outlined in our Refund Policy, membership fees are non-refundable once processed due to the immediate delivery of digital assets.​
3. E-Commerce & Print on Demand ​Made-to-Order: You acknowledge that all physical merchandise (clothing and accessories) is produced on demand.​
Production Lead Times: Orders require a 3–5 business day production period before shipping.​Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and designs accurately; however, slight variations may occur due to the custom printing process.​
4. Intellectual Property (IP)​Ownership: All content on this site, including the Azanian Rebel logo, e-books, dossier content, and merchandise designs, is the exclusive property of Azanian Rebel.​Usage License: When you purchase a digital product (e.g., an e-book), you are granted a non-transferable, personal-use license. You may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit this content.​
5. Limitation of Liability ​Azanian Rebel provides its services on an “as is” basis. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our website, delays in courier shipping, or technical interruptions beyond our control.
